Personal Annual Performance Review

Every year we sit down with each team member to review your performance and assess what areas you are doing well in, and other areas you may need to learn and grow. It's also a chance for you to have a discussion with us regarding all aspects of your career within our business. The below form needs to be completed at least 2 days prior to your face to face meeting with us. Your performance review will be conducted with Dougie and your manager, Paul, in one of the meeting rooms at Bam Bam Italian. Thank you! Please note that the content of this form below will be viewed by Dougie, Bel and your manager (if applicable). If you have any concerns regarding anything please remember we have an open door policy and you can schedule a private meeting with Dougie and/or Bel at any time if you wish. Cheers!
